Welcome to FOURTH TERM!This year has flown by!

Math - We are now in middle school math! Next up?! Geometry and Statistics

Writing - We are writing short stories. These will be in depth. First step, develop some characters. Students can log into www.utahcompose.com to work on their essays at home as well as in school. Students should aim for a 20 (best score is 30). I know they can do it. They should be looking at ways to elaborate, use examples, make better word choice and make their sentences flow.

Social Studies - We use studies weekly (www.studiesweekly.com) to study world history. We also learn to read deeply in answering questions by referencing back to our text.
